WHO WE ARE
The idea of the creation of the project came to mind in Chuheng Xi, a young Chinese teenager who has lived here in Rio for 9 years, a city that has become one of the epicenters of COVID-19 in Brazil.

It was a day at the beginning of the quarantine, on his way home from the supermarket. There were some homeless people who came to Chuheng, asking for food and water. These people who made Chuheng realized not only they were having difficulties during the pandemic. Many Brazilian families are facing economic difficulties to guarantee some of their basic needs, such as the purchase of food and water. The young Asian teenager then had the inspiration to create a project that supports the people who most needed it, and communicated his desire to found BeOne with his fellow friends.
The BeOne organization, although formed by high school students, also consists of other people with individual stories that come from a variety of backgrounds and ages. However, they all have a common goal - to offer help to these communities facing difficulties in the best possible way.
